1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, mobile network information
- Usage data: Features accessed, session frequency and duration, app interactions, crash reports, and performance diagnostics
- Location data: We do NOT collect or track your location data
1.3 Information from Apple Health (if you grant permission)
If you choose to connect Apple Health, we may access and use health and fitness data such as workouts, heart rate, and activity levels to provide personalized recommendations. This integration is entirely optional, and you control what data is shared through your device settings.
We do NOT share your Apple Health data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

- Payment processors: Apple App Store and Google Play handle all payment transactions. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and verify purchases securely. We do not store your payment card information.
- Authentication services: If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive limited account information per your consent

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With your explicit consent
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or law enforcement requests

ballcoach is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without parental consent.
If you are under 16, please do not use ballcoach or provide any personal information without your parent or guardian's permission. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

8. International data transfers
ballcoach is operated from Spain. If you access our services from outside the European Union, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in servers located in the EU or other countries where our service providers operate.
